Advocacy & Outreach
G.R.A.C.E for Teens Advocacy and Outreach is designed to serve as the “Trinity Connector'' between parents, school staff, and student participants. The program was created to bridge the gap that often widens as students enter middle school and gain more independence. The goal is to support this transition while strengthening connections. Advocacy and Outreach coordinators work with students, families, and the school system to ensure the social and emotional health, safety, and educational success of our community’s children with an emphasis on racial equity. Our Advocates connect children and families to resources, such as mental health services, vocational guidance, financial literacy training, college and career preparation, LGBTQIA support, mentorship, mindfulness practices, and creative programming.
