Co-Founder & Chair
Libby Kyles
Libby Kyles is the Executive Director of Tzedek Social Justice Fund and founder of Changing LENS Consulting, which centers on racial and educational equity, as well as coaching. A National Board Certified educator with a Master's in Educational Leadership, Libby spent 20 years in North Carolina classrooms. She co-founded YTL Training Programs and led the development of youth-focused academic and advocacy programs. Libby also serves as Board Chair for the Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust and the Buncombe County Women’s Commission, continuing her commitment to social justice and Black liberation.

Secretary
Diana Toledo
Diana Toledo has called Asheville, NC home for nearly two decades and has raised her two daughters in the Asheville City Schools district. She is a passionate supporter of public education, of providing youth with equitable access to opportunities, and of YTL’s mission. Professionally, Diana has spent 25 years helping strengthen water conservation and climate justice-focused nonprofit organizations around the country as an organizational consultant, a technical expert and, at times, a funder. Diana has an M.S. from the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies (UW-Madison) and a B.S. from Indiana University – Bloomington.

Mary Katherine (MK) Goodwin
MK has been an OB/Gyn in Asheville for 22 years. She loves taking care of adolescents. She was previously on the board of Mothering Asheville and has been with YTL since near the beginning of the installation of the board.

Tiffany Iheanacho, MS, MPA
Tiffany Iheanacho is a board member of YTL Training Solutions and brings a wealth of experience in public service, mental health, and systems-based leadership. She previously served as Director of Justice Services for Buncombe County, where she led cross-sector initiatives focused on behavioral health, equity, and community safety. Tiffany holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master's of Mental Health Rehabilitation Counseling. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Lincoln Memorial University. With a strong commitment to advancing trauma-informed care and health equity, she continues to support innovative strategies that build stronger, more resilient communities.
